ROKUYA uses third-party payment processors to handle transactions. When you complete a payment, the payment processor collects your credit/debit card details directly. ROKUYA does not store or have access to your full card number. We receive only a transaction confirmation, the last four digits of your card, and billing information necessary for order fulfillment.

Information collected automatically:

If you visit any ROKUYA web page, standard web analytics data (IP address, browser type, access time) may be collected.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information for the following purposes:

  • Processing and fulfilling your orders, including Inventory Sales and Curation Service engagements
  • Communicating with you about your orders, shipping status, and customer service inquiries
